Ten brightly colored cabins are nestled in a gently sloping site. Each cabin is an independent room with lots of privacy and a view of the ocean; the beach is easily reachable with a few steps, through tropical gardens.

The round bungalows are built with a palm leaves’ roof, known locally as "rancho". Thanks to the high roofs and the many windows, an ocean breeze flows throughout, cooling them naturally day and night. A ceiling fan is there to refresh you at the hottest hours.

Each room features a queen size bed and two single ones, a safe and a large and comfortable bathroom with hot water.

• Eletrical outlets provide 110 V and water is drinkable.

New suite-bungalows

Starting November 1st 2010, there will be 7 new rooms at Hotel Playa Negra, 5 round independant suite-bungalows and one double suite-bungalow.

The new suite-bungalows are located behind the existing ones, they are larger, and offer more comfort and privacy (more space between each bungalow).

All new rooms have one king-size bed and two single ones and a large bathroom, a ceiling fan, a refrigerator, a coffe maker and wi-fi service.

There is a large wooden deck in front of the suite-bungalow with two hammocks and a sitting area as well as an outside shower.

Four of the new suite-bungalows, the double bungalow and two single ones, are equiped with A/C.
